Gritty cop John Rourke is pushed to the edge after an important witness is killed and leaves him fighting demons in his personal life that may consume him. When a mysterious deranged hitman from an unknown Chinese gang opens fire at a police conference and some of Rourke’s closest friends are decimated in a blaze of gunfire, his investigation reveals corruption in his own department, and he quickly finds himself in an epic struggle with an invisable criminal empire seeping it’s way into the city.
