Children’s animated adventure directed by Charles Grosvenor. When freezing weather closes in, the dinosaurs become trapped in a valley by a massive snowstorm. With food quickly running out, a group of migrating Spiketails decide that since they need to eat more than the others they will leave the valley. One of the dinosaurs to leave with them is Spike (voice of Rob Paulsen), which disappoints his friend Littlefoot (Thomas Dekker) who soon begins to miss him. Determined to be reunited with his pal, Littlefoot and his gang set out on a series of adventures in an attempt to get Spike and his family to return to the valley.
