There s one last remaining tenant in an abandoned New York apartment building Harry Lesser (DYLAN McDERMOTT). He s been working on his third novel for the past ten years, intent on it being a best seller. One day Lesser encounters Willie Spearmint (SNOOP DOGG), a black man illegally squatting in the deserted building. Spearmint is attempting to write his first novel.
