Chan-wook Park directs this blood-soaked Korean vampire drama starring Kang-ho Song as Sang-Hyeon, a devoted small-town priest who selflessly volunteers to take part in a medical experiment intended to develop a vaccine that will help eradicate a deadly virus. But the experiment fails and he is given a blood transfusion that turns him into a vampire.
